Immersive Fitness Brand Activation & Exhibition Stand Design
NPK Productions partnered with Plain Jane Events to design and deliver a large-scale experiential activation for Les Mills at FIBO Global Fitness in Cologne, the world’s leading fitness trade show. Combining exhibition stand design, scenic fabrication, technical production and immersive brand experiences, the activation transformed the exhibition space into a dynamic, high-energy fitness environment for attendees.
Designed to showcase the innovation, energy and community-driven spirit of the Les Mills brand, the stand blended live workout experiences, interactive technology and premium hospitality spaces to create an engaging destination within the exhibition hall.

The Experience
Created as a multi-zone experiential platform, the activation was designed to immerse visitors in the world of Les Mills through movement, technology and live interaction.
At the centre of the space, a large podium stage hosted high-energy live workout demonstrations, drawing crowds throughout the event and creating a focal point within the busy exhibition environment. Surrounding the stage, interactive brand experiences and product showcase zones encouraged visitors to engage directly with the latest Les Mills fitness programmes, technology and equipment.
The environment combined bold scenic fabrication, integrated digital content and seamless technical production to create a visually impactful and highly functional exhibition space that reflected the energy and innovation of the global fitness brand.

Technical Production & Fabrication
NPK Productions delivered full technical production, fabrication and onsite installation for the activation, ensuring seamless integration of sound, lighting, video and live content across the stand environment.
The space was carefully designed to support both operational functionality and high-impact audience experiences, with integrated back-of-house storage solutions, flexible activation zones and scalable scenic elements throughout the stand.
