NEWS: Rebranding has Supported Growth and Opportunity

NPK Celebrates Enhanced Growth and Opportunities From Creative Rebrand

At NPK Productions, we specialise in creative event design, fabrication and immersive brand activations. In early 2025, we reintroduced ourselves with a strategic rebrand designed to better articulate our design-led approach, our commitment to integrating technology meaningfully, and our ambition to create immersive experiences that deliver greater impact without unnecessary complexity.

Over a year later, that rebrand has translated into real momentum for us. We’ve secured new portfolio clients, strengthened existing relationships, and built a strong pipeline of future opportunities aligned with our approach to immersive, design-led experiences.

The Motivation Behind the Rebrand

The rebrand reflected an evolution that was already underway within our studio. As projects became more ambitious and technically complex, we wanted our outward brand identity to accurately reflect that growth and communicate the true scale of the projects we deliver. At the heart of the rebrand sat a simple mantra that continues to guide our thinking today: Dream big. Spend smart. Experience more.

“In many ways, the rebrand was about clarity and confidence,” says Jules Brogan, Co-Founder at NPK Productions. “We’d grown as a studio, but our identity hadn’t quite caught up. The rebrand helped us articulate not just what we do, but how we do it; by combining creativity, production expertise and design capabilities to maximise impact for our clients.”

Milestones

This year, we returned to Crufts at the NEC for the second consecutive year, once again working with a portfolio client to deliver multiple activations across 2025 and 2026. We’re also continuing our work with Greene King, marking a fifth consecutive year of partnership, while our relationship with Cow Events agency now spans more than a decade of successful collaboration.

“We are especially proud of our longstanding client relationships. They are clear markers of trust, continuity and effective partnership across a wide range of clients that include both brands and agencies,” says Jules.

Expansion

Alongside our creative growth, the past year has also seen us expand our team, bringing in new skills and perspectives to support increasingly ambitious projects. The rebrand has provided a framework for that growth internally, giving the team a shared vision and language as the studio continues to scale. Naturally, the journey hasn’t been without its lessons.

“Every day really is a school day,” Jules adds. “Growth brings challenges, and we’ve learned a lot about how to scale responsibly - protecting creative quality, using technology intelligently, and staying focused on value rather than excess. The rebrand didn’t change everything overnight, but it gave us the foundation to make better decisions.”

A Year of Evolution

Since the rebrand, we’ve evolved both operationally and creatively alongside our refined visual identity. More than simply refreshing our look, the rebrand has become a platform that shapes how we approach new opportunities, strengthen our design and fabrication capabilities, and create experiences that genuinely resonate with audiences.

Franck adds: “The rebrand was about setting a direction, and that direction feels clearer than ever. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunities and growth it has created for us.”
